Brother PT-P710BT: The printer does not print
How to fix it
Cassette seated and not empty; cover closed; charge not low; printer on; phone not asleep; Bluetooth on; this printer selected in the P-touch app; not paired to another device; phone close by; no microwave nearby. From a computer: official driver, included USB cable, label not blank.
Other problems
- Tape does not feed, or gets stuck inside
- A tape-jam error will not clear
- A horizontal gap runs through the printed label
- An error in a mobile app
- I want to cancel printing
- Ink ribbon is separated from the ink roller
- Printer stops while printing / striped tape appears
- Tape is not cut automatically
