Brother PT-P710BT: Label will not stick
How to fix it
Surface wet, dirty or uneven. For rough/textured surfaces use Extra Strength Adhesive Tape. Read the instructions that come with fabric and other special tapes.
Other problems
- The printer does not print
- Tape does not feed, or gets stuck inside
- A tape-jam error will not clear
- A horizontal gap runs through the printed label
- An error in a mobile app
- I want to cancel printing
- Ink ribbon is separated from the ink roller
- Printer stops while printing / striped tape appears
- Tape is not cut automatically
- Printed barcodes or QR codes cannot be read
- About 25 mm (1") of blank tape before each label
- Cannot turn on, or it powers off when I print
- Battery will not charge
- Battery life is short even when fully charged
- Check I have the latest software
