Brother PT-P710BT: Tape does not feed, or gets stuck inside
How to fix it
If the tape is bent, cut off the bent part. If jammed, remove the cassette, pull the jam out and cut it. End of tape must sit in the Tape Guide and point at the Tape Exit Slot. Reseat the cassette.

- The printer does not print
- A tape-jam error will not clear
- A horizontal gap runs through the printed label

- Ink ribbon is separated from the ink roller
- Printer stops while printing / striped tape appears
