Brother PT-P710BT: Cannot turn on, or it powers off when I print
How to fix it
Charge the battery. Remove the protective sheet (see Insert a TZe tape cassette).
Other problems
- The printer does not print
- Tape does not feed, or gets stuck inside
- A tape-jam error will not clear
- A horizontal gap runs through the printed label
- An error in a mobile app
- I want to cancel printing
- Ink ribbon is separated from the ink roller
- Printer stops while printing / striped tape appears
- Tape is not cut automatically
- Printed barcodes or QR codes cannot be read
- About 25 mm (1") of blank tape before each label
- Battery will not charge
- Battery life is short even when fully charged
- Check I have the latest software
- White or gold objects print poorly / small text is fuzzy
- Label will not stick
