Brother PT-P710BT: Ink ribbon is separated from the ink roller
How to fix it
If the ribbon is broken, replace the cassette. If not, leave the tape uncut, remove the cassette, and wind the loose ribbon back onto the spool.

- The printer does not print
- Tape does not feed, or gets stuck inside
- A tape-jam error will not clear
- A horizontal gap runs through the printed label
