Update software and firmware on the Brother PT-P710BT
Step by step
- Close other Brother applications.
- Software (Windows): double-click P-touch Update Software → Computer software update → pick printer and language → Install.
- Firmware: power on, USB connected → P-touch Update Software → Machine update → confirm the machine is connected → Transfer → Start.
- Mac software: see support.brother.com. Firmware path: Applications → P-touch Update Software → Machine update.
Notes
- Do not power off or unplug USB during a firmware transfer.
