Clean the Print Head on the Brother PT-P710BT
Step by step
- Streaks or poor characters usually mean a dirty head.
- Option A: insert TZe-CL4 Head Cleaning Tape and press Power twice quickly. About 25 mm feeds per cycle. Repeat up to three times.
- Option B: power off, unplug USB, and wipe the head with a dry cotton swab.
Notes
- CAUTION: do not touch the Print Head. It can burn.
- If three cleaning-tape cycles do not help, contact Brother.
