Brady M211: Labels are jammed
How to fix it
Unlock (force if needed), remove the cartridge, extract the jam with tweezers. Avoid scratching the printhead.
Other problems
- Cutter does not cut, or cuts are rough
- Labels won’t feed
- Printer does not turn on
- Printer turns off by itself
- Print is light, fuzzy, grainy, offset, or has blank lines
- First label after sitting idle has a black line
- Nothing prints
- Text is offset on pre-sized labels
- Battery not full after four hours
- Printer not in Express Labels
