Brady M211: Cutter does not cut, or cuts are rough
How to fix it
Fragments in the cutter, or the app is not set to cut. Unlock, remove the cartridge, pick fragments with tweezers, never fingers. Check the file’s cut setting.

- Labels won’t feed
- Labels are jammed
- Printer does not turn on
- Printer turns off by itself
- Print is light, fuzzy, grainy, offset, or has blank lines
- First label after sitting idle has a black line
- Nothing prints
- Text is offset on pre-sized labels
- Battery not full after four hours
- Printer not in Express Labels
