How to fix it
Use a fixed length (40–400 mm) if you need a specific size. Variable-length labels are sized to the text and are always centred.
Other problems

- Nothing prints, or print is faint / broken
- Tape jammed
- Cutter does not cut cleanly
- Want a fresh label
- How do I peel the backing?
