Brother PT-D610BT: Too much blank tape on both sides

How to fix it

Cut Option → Small Margin or Chain. The first ~23 mm lead-in cannot be removed. After a Chain batch, Shift + Preview → Feed & Cut.

• LCD blank after power on
• LCD in a foreign language
• Stops while printing
• Saved files gone
• Screen locked / keys do nothing
• Barcodes will not scan
• Font will not go larger
