Brady M211 “The cutter is jammed” error
What it means
Error light on; Express Labels reports a cutter jam.
How to fix it
Follow the in-app instructions. Unlock, remove the cartridge, pick fragments with tweezers. See “Labels are jammed in the printer” in the manual (p. 25).
Other error messages
- “The supply cartridge is not loaded correctly, missing, or not a Brady Authentic cartridge.”
- “The supply cartridge is empty.”
- “Battery power is too low to print.”
- “The printer battery is getting low.”
- “An error occurred while printing.”
